1. Cultural Program: We’d love to showcase your talent at our upcoming festival celebrations!

2. Make it and Take it Home

   • Ganapati Bappa Making Competition for Kids: Make Bappa from Play Dough.

   • Modak Making Competition for Men/Women: Make Modak from Play Dough.

3. Volunteers: We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make our event a success! There are plenty of ways you can contribute—whether it’s food planning, serving, managing the music system. If you’re interested in volunteering, we’d love to have you on board! 4. Volunteers for decoration: Those with creative ideas can lend their ideas and helping hand for Ganapati stage decoration. If you’re interested, please reach out to Mr. Vinod Suryawanshi (vinods82@gmail.com) or Mr. Mahendra Savale (mahen169@hotmail.com).

5. Event Registration and Fees

   • Early Bird (before the RSVP deadline):
     Adult Members: $17/person aged 12 years and above.
     Adult Non-Members: $25/person aged 12 years and above.
     Kid Member and Non-Member: $3/person aged between 5 and 12.

   • Regular Price (after the RSVP deadline):
     Adult Member and Non-Member: $30/person aged 12 years and above.
     Kid Member and Non-Member: $3/person aged between 5 and 12.

   • Admission for kids age below 5 would be free for Members and Non-Members.
     
     RSVP Early Bird Deadline: September 14, 2026. 

RSVP Regular Price Deadline: September 26, 2026.

As part of our tradition, we will be celebrating Gudi Padwa at the HARI Temple on Saturday, March 21st, 2026.

For many years, Marathi families have generously sponsored this festive meal. We are proud to share that we have consistently had an incredible turnout—nearly 300+ attendees each year! This success has only been possible because of your wholehearted support, and we sincerely hope we can count on the same enthusiasm again this year.

Proposed Menu:

1. Puri

2. Amrakhand

3. Varan Bhaat

4. Gravy Bhajee (Cauliflower–Matar–Potato mixed)

5. Matki Usal

6. Koshimbeer (Yogurt-based, Kakadee–Gajar–Tomato mixed)

7. Papad

Please note, all the food items must to be prepared without Onion and Garlic.

This year, we are planning the food quantities to serve approximately 300 people. If you would like to contribute to any of the above items, kindly sign up by March 15. Early sign-ups will greatly help us plan the arrangements. You are welcome to contribute to one or multiple items.

You may also choose to sponsor store-bought or outside catered items such as Purya, Amrakhand, etc.
